Heat Stress Management
Heat stress management is a set of measures and practices aimed at preventing and mitigating the effects of heat-related illnesses and injuries in individuals working or engaging in activities in hot and humid environments. Heat stress occurs when the body’s ability to regulate its internal temperature is overwhelmed by external heat, leading to health risks such as heat exhaustion, heatstroke, and dehydration.
