Behavior Based Safety Awareness
Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) Awareness refers to a safety management approach that focuses on observing and modifying the behaviors of individuals to improve workplace safety. It is based on the understanding that human behavior plays a significant role in preventing accidents and injuries in the workplace. The BBS approach aims to create a safety-conscious culture by encouraging safe behaviors, identifying unsafe actions, and implementing positive reinforcement to improve overall safety performance.
