Ergonomic Awareness
Ergonomic awareness refers to the understanding and knowledge of ergonomic principles and practices in the workplace. Ergonomics is the science of designing and arranging workspaces, tasks, tools, and equipment to fit the capabilities and limitations of individuals. The goal of ergonomic awareness is to promote a safe and efficient work environment, reduce the risk of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), and enhance overall productivity and well-being.
